Omega Electronics tv repair service

Our 3 1/2 year old Sony TV died abruptly and it was out of warranty. I called the WA Sony warranty repairer's and was quoted $2000 plus labour. When I got my jaw back off the floor (we didn't pay that much for it!!!), I started the online research. It was a problem beyond my handyman pay grade, so I looked for repairer's. I called Omega and spoke directly to Ray. He knew the model, asked a few pertinent questions, and then told me that he not only knew exactly what needed to be done, but he'd done it before multiple times, and, he had the required part in stock. Ray came and collected the TV the day after calling, before apologising that it may take 6 days. Fine with me. Then 2 days later he calls to say he's done the work, and can he return it the next day. He arrived dead on time with our working perfectly TV. Then we got the bill (which he'd accurately ball parked for me on pickup). It was under a quarter of the warranty repairer's quote. I'm happy to highly recommend Omega Electronics.

My large screen LG TV stopped working & was going to cost $$ to replace. Ray called out to my home & sussed the problem straight away, explained it & fixed it there & then. No problems since & cost was very reasonable.Highly recommend.

Great service and reasonable price. Ray came to our place to fix our Samsung TV that had a blown fuse and a circuit board that needed re-soldering. Fixed in about 2 hours. Way better than driving down to Samsung Service Centre in O'Connor twice for delivery & then pick up.

Roy was able to pick up the tv on the Monday and deliver it back repaired early on the Wednesday. 60inch UHD Led samsung with a bright spot appearing in the upper right of the screen. He checked it on pick up and on returning it. Also didd some preventative work to reduce the chances of it happening elsewhere on the screen. Very happy

Rang Omega at 8:00am on a Thursday morning with a critically wounded Samsung LCD TV. At my house by 11am and repairs complete before lunch time. Could not be happier and would highly recommend this business.Don't throw away your old TV thinking its going to be too expensive to fix....you might be surprised at how resonable the repair costs are....I was.Thanks Omega.

Had a problem (TV kept clicking but refused to turn on) with my second hand Samsung LED TV and did a search and came across Ray's website. He was very punctual and arrived within the time he said that he would to assess the problem. He was very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain what he was doing and also the steps he was taking to troubleshoot the issue. I can say he is very experienced and excellent in what he does as he managed to identify and fix the problem without having to replace any of the existing components. Also, his fees aren't exorbitant and he was upfront in explaining the call out fee and any other fees that I might incur during our phone call. Finally, a big thank you to Ray for extending the life of the TV and thus helping the community in reducing our e-waste! I will definitely recommend Ray to anyone who wants additional life to their TVs!

I had problem with my LG TV screen which was showing green patches all over the screen. I checked on reviews of many TV repairers in Perth. My aged mother in law had picture issues on her Samsung Smart TV with pixelation and total loss of reception.Had a new aerial installed but still the same problem.Called Omega and Pat was prompt to return the call and arrange call out for next morning arriving right on time (first tick)He went through the whole system, piece by piece eliminating faults he encountered giving constant feedback (tick two).Took him about 3 hours due to the complexity of problems he found but in the end success with the best picture MIL has ever had on her TV (tick three)His price for the time he spent was very fair and exceptional value (tick four)Would highly recommend Omega for any TV problems you may have
