Television repair service

Preston attended my property and very professionally diagnosed the issue and offered two solutions. I chose one and he did the work, I cannot fault his professionalism.The job was completed in the time and within the 'over-the-phone' cost estimate. Well done and thank you.

Very knowledgeable in there field

I am not sure how this business is still surviving. Very poor customer service. I called them on Monday (referred to by Samsung as their authorised service providers) and I was told that someone will give me a call to inform about the expected visit by the mechanic. Well, I reminded then again on Wednesday, and she made a note again (somewhere as she advised !!) and informed that same day someone will call, no one did. It's Friday today (after 4-5 days) no one bothered to contact to inform when they are goining to come to have a look on the machine. Please spread the voice guys, there should not be place for rude and careless business in the community.

I phoned Anton after seeing his ad on a net search. I am glad I did. He arrived when he said he would and did the requested job with no problems. He was very pleasant and I felt comfortable with him in my home. I would recommend him for your TV connections etc.

Scott came over to repair our dishwasher. He was extremely helpful and it was very refreshing to have a technician who was actually interested in solving the issue and also whilst solving the issue he explained in detail the possible reasons we were experiencing the technical issues with our new dishwasher. Highly recommend Scott and this company. Very satisfied customer.

Chris and Christian visited us on May 21st to repair our TV. These two young men were impeccably presented, with polite manners and were basically outstanding. Polite, cheerful, top notch. Was refreshing in this day and age to recieve prompt, excellent customer service. Highly recommended to all. Keep up the good work lads.

Sony and Above Electronics have gone Above" and beyond my expectations in regards to the repair of my Sony TV. I will not be purchasing any other brand of TV except Sony for the rest of my life as I know I will be taken care of if something goes wrong. Thanks guys - Juandy"

Extremly poor service!their tech is nothing but a liar. He had no knwoledge or skills. At my home when tech came to investigate the issue, he said its samsung aircon issje. Next day in report it was installation issue. Have two aircons installed in same way, tech checkef that.. not at all professional service.
